   Easy?= rub a little bar soap around the edges of the door and cabinet.
   Hard?= sand down sticking areas using 150 to 220 grit sandpaper.
   Harder?= remove doors and re adjust the hinges to compenstate for the sticking locations

   If they also look worn out then striping them of old paint, sanding them down and applying a lacquer finish will have them looking and feeling like new.
   Maybe they just need a good cleaning, without additional information it is hard to give a definitive answer.
