We have older kitchen cabinets in our rental home and the hinges are rusty in places. Is there anyway to get the rust off to try and salvage them for a few months until we can afford to buy new ones? We tried steel wool -but it just knocked off the high spots. I’m going to try Brasso this afternoon. Any other suggestions?
