Redoing Old Hardwood Kitchen Floor, What Can I Use As A Good Sealer?

My home was built in 1867 and has harwood floors throughout. I have begun sanding my kitchen floor and would like to know what specific product (brand & type) would be a good sealer/ polyuerothane to use when I’m finished. I will be keeping it natural without a stain.

After you are done with the sanding, put on a sanding sealer. Let dry and lightly sand again. Then use “VAR ETHANE” water base polyurethane on the floor. This stuff does not yellow with age. Put on at least two coats with a pad. When the floors look bad you can put on another coat with no problem.
