Color Scheme For A Modern Kitchen – Suggestions?

We are building a new home. The kitchen will be modern galley style with no upper cabinets. We are undecided about colors for the walls, lower cabinets, and counters. We know we will have cherry wood floors. A link to a picture would be so helpful. We thought we were going black and white, but have decided that it’s not warm enough for our tastes.
