As to refacing, the secret here is that you find a good contractor that cares about the quality of the work (s)he provides.  I have seen good refacing jobs &amp; I have seen bad ones.
If you go the refacing route, I would ask for a list of customers that have had their refacings on for at least 5 years.  Most refacings today are with self stick veneers &amp; they don&#039;t always stay stuck.
