Although I clean my kitchen floor daily, sometimes with Clorox Cleanup & sometimes using white vinegar & water, over the years, the grout has turned black. How do I get it back to it's original light beige color?

Does anyone know how I could seal a stained hardwood kitchen floor to protect it from water, high traffic and scratching?
