Over the years, the kitchen has developed into the most popular room in the house. Where else can you snack, eat, talk, gather, and drink? We have to eat three times a day and so the kitchen has always gotten a lot of use.

In the last 20 or so years, realizing how many things kitchens are used for and how much use they get, builders started making houses with larger kitchens. Gone are the small kitchens that have only the basics and only enough room for a couple people at a time to stand in.
