Lemon juice is very effective as a kitchen cleaner, especially for the enamel, plastic, glass, wood and stainless steel surfaces, because, containing many citric acid (C6H8O7), is able to dissolve residuals and crusts, limestone traces and, above all, is really disinfecting and antiseptic.

This routine will disallow scratches to granite, which can be caused by quartz (sand like material). Restoration of badly scratched granite may turn out to be an expensive affair, with a possibility of alteration in the granite color as well.
